History
Fund Finders was founded by Cynthia A. DeLadurantaye, B.A.,
in 1999 and is located in Grayling, Michigan.
Fund Finders' experience has raised millions for a variety of nonprofit organizations. Given today's technology,
Fund Finders is able to meet the needs of clients no matter their geographical location. We've been pleased to contract
with clients located in areas throughout the entire state of Michigan, as well as with clients in Illinois, Tennessee, Maryland,
and Washington, D.C.
Ms. DeLadurantaye has 30 years of experience working within the nonprofit
sector; primarily in family and children's services.
Ms. DeLadurantaye is a Consultant Reviewer to The Children's Bureau, U.S. Department of Health
and Human Services (HHS), Child Welfare Review Project. The goal of the project is to assist states in improving child
welfare services and achieving positive outcomes for families and children receiving these services.
In 2002, Ms. DeLadurantaye began working with HHS within the Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) as
a Grant Reviewer/Chairperson. She has reviewed grants for programs seeking federal funds through the following
grant competitions: Mentoring Children of Prisoners, Street Outreach and Basic Center Shelter
grants for Homeless & Runaway Youth, Community-Based Abstinence Education, and Compassion Capital Fund grants in
Demonstration Projects and Targeted Capacity Building. She has also served as a Grant Reviewer for the State of
Michigan's 21st Century Community Learning Center grants.
